NEW!!! Customer Portal/Online Bill Payment
We now offer a customer portal that allows you to elect to go paperless and continue to pay your bill online. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button. You will be directed to the new Customer Portal. You can either make a “Quick Payment” or set up a login to view and make payment on your account. You will need your NEW customer number and CID to set up your account. This information is on the billing statements. Instructions on how to setup your Customer Portal are linked at the bottom of this page under: Related Documents.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. There is a Service Fee for processing the transaction.
Credit/Debit Card fees are: $1.95 up to $50 | $2.95 from $50 up to $75 | 3% for $75 and above
One time ACH payments are $1.95
Auto Pay through your secured login is available. You can schedule the payment up to five (5) days prior to the due date.
Payment by Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept check, money orders and credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash.
For your convenience, we have a drop box outside our office door & at our gate as well as one at the Excel Mart located at 121 Ball Park Road (by the Dixie Youth Ball Park).
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
