Good News! We have installed a new payment box outside our main gate.  Beginning January 01, 2024, we will no longer have a payment box at the Excel Mart located on the corner of Hwy 165 & Hwy 4 East. Our Office hours will remain the same: Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and on Friday from 8:00 am to Noon.
