East Columbia Water District's office will not open at 8:00 this morning. If the road clears up enough to drive safely we will open. If you have an emergency please call 318-331-4453 or 318-331-4273. I've had calls from customers about payments. All of our payment options are on here our website. Under the Customer Service tab is a Bill Payment link.  You can see all payment options there. Please do not risk driving on icy roads to pay your bill. Also, do not use DOXO to pay. We are not affiliated with them and do not always receive the payments. I plan on having the office open Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
